AfroLinkWorks was founded by Jovial and Clerk, two purpose-driven professionals who first crossed paths at BYU–Idaho, united by humble beginnings and a shared commitment to creating opportunity.
After graduation, Jovial built his career in tech working with industry leaders like Workday and now Microsoft while also leading a non-profit that supports refugee communities across Africa. Meanwhile, yann charted his own inspiring path at Google, LinkedIn, and other global companies, all while helping underrepresented students launch successful careers through his own mentoring foundation.
Despite being thousands of miles from home, their hearts stayed rooted in Africa. That connection and their belief in the untapped brilliance across the continent inspired them to launch AfroLinkWorks.
